The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do you have a public liability insurance?
    All services provided by WD Network covered by $20m Public Liability Insurance and copy of it can be provided at request.
  • Can same cleaners attend on Regular services?
    We do aim to assign same cleaning crew to your property in order to provide more personalised and satisfactory service. however due to unexpected circumstances cleaners for specific sessions may differ.
  • Can I call out in case of unsatisfactory service?
    WD network guarantees free call out response within 48 hours of any services purchased through its website or call centre.
  • What type of payment options available?
    We do accept Online payment with PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, Stripe and most bank debit and credit cards. Onsite payment also available with Pos device.
  • How do I pay?
    We require min $100 deposit on all online purchases. remaining balance can be paid anytime before service commences.
